instead of a ps:
cloverfield was good. teeth was kind of good. the kite runner was alright. they're all on the internet for free, but if i could turn back time, i'd see cloverfield in the theatre, because watching a movie that looks like its filmed by a shaky video camera, filmed with a shakey video camera, is kinda hard to swallow. why is it called cloverfield? i'm always crushin on girls. my sign language class is taught only in sign language and you're not allowed to talk in the room. i'm hungry, and i really like cameroonian food and african culture in general.

Its called cloverfield because that's the exit the producer takes off the 405 freeway to get to his office. I think.

maybe. i like the theory that bryan described down at the bottem of this. but i suppose they would've named it after a street just to keep it extra extra secret.

i heard it's called Cloverfield because Clovers are the first things to grow in a field after all other life has been wiped out. i haven't seen the movie yet (i have it downloaded, just trying to find a way to play it on a tv and not my computer) so i don't know if that title applies at all, but i was watching this History Channel special on the end of the world the other night and it said clovers would be the first things to repopulate the earth (other than bacteria) because they derive their nitrogen from the air. History Channel explained this is why the movie is called Cloverfield. but yeah - without seeing the movie i don't know how it applies.

what is cameroonian food like? i googled "cameroon food" and it says they eat giant rats, porcupines, gorillas, and orangutans. i'm guessing you didn't have any of those.

arfikans are cool

ah, i just read eph's livejournal on the cameroonian food. from the ingredients he listed, it sounds similar to cuban food maybe?? is that true at all? i love cuban food. yuca, plantains, and black eyed peas are awesome.

i would say it's more like southern "soul food". but there are definitely cuban similarities with plantains, yuca and the like. those are staples for lots of people in africa, cuba and south america.

i've never had cuban food, so i dunno. i felt like it was kinda of a more spicy ethiopian. ethiopian meets indian or something. but ephy said it was like southern soul food, which makes sense too. either way, it was delicious.
